Our jewelry is of high quality, carefully finished and checked at each departure.

We warrant that the Products are of merchantable quality and are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We provide no additional warranties.

The warranty period is one year from receipt of the Product(s).

This warranty does not cover damage to the Products caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, attempted repair, neglect after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow Product care instructions.

We will ask you for proof of purchase (e.g. purchase or gift receipt), please make sure you keep this in a safe place. You will have the choice between receiving a replacement Product, if available, or obtaining a full refund.

The return shipping of the package is the responsibility and expense of the customer. A copy of the invoice must be attached to the package.
